A Closer Look
Through a semester long internship I digitally and physically created a scaled model of the Chauncey Residence; an adaptive reuse project from the Office of Things lead by Architects Lane Rick and Can Bui in Broklyn, NY.
Dream It. Draw It. Build It!
Through weekly consults and critiques the model was adapted to accurately protray the changes in the design in real time — while also allowing room for the model to be manipulated if the necessary. This internship opportunity from Kean University's LEAP Scholarship program was an insightful look into the pace of a built architectural project. I value most the opportunity this project gave me to work closely with Architects Lane Rick and Can Bui— they each provided unique perspectives on design that I can take with me into almost any project.
